what was paula thinking turning down a $2 million deal to replace samantha harris as co-host of the upcoming 10^th season of dancing with the stars.

despite of the swell deal, the abc producers failed to signup the ex american idol judge according to the national enquirer.

“the offer was flattering, but in the end she passed. frankly, paula doesn’t need the money and she didn’t want to leap into another reality tv contest right away.”

there are rumors that paula was offered $1 million to appear as a contestant on this season’s show, but when samantha quit the show, the network producers offered her the job and doubled the offer.

a source tells the enquirer: “they offered to redecorate her dressing room, threw in a $500,000 wardrobe budget, and agreed to let paula wear more than designer dress per show. They also tried to sweeten the deal by allowing paula to develop her own sitcom and do the x factor with simon cowell when he starts the show in 2011.”

lost star matthew fox is the latest celebrity accused to infidelity.

a 25-year-old stripper from bend, oregon stefani talbott,  claims that she had an affair with fox last july while she was working at stars cabaret.

“i was dancing onstage, and i made eye contact with him immediately. i got so excited,” talbott tells in touch weekly.

although fox’s rep denied the accusations, stefani claims that the actor paid four $20 private dances from her and he had her join him at a house he was staying in with friends.

“we sat around and talked about his show. he complimented me and was saying how down-to-earth i am. he told me he was going to be in town for a couple of days,” she recalls. “he didn’t tell me to keep it a secret or anything. he didn’t even use protection. he didn’t seem concerned at all.”
