there are rumors that paula was offered $1 million to appear as a contestant on this season’s show, but when samantha quit the show, the network producers offered her the job and doubled the offer.
a source tells the enquirer: “they offered to redecorate her dressing room, threw in a $500,000 wardrobe budget, and agreed to let paula wear more than designer dress per show. They also tried to sweeten the deal by allowing paula to develop her own sitcom and do the x factor with simon cowell when he starts the show in 2011.”
